Who We Are

The Southeast Land Title Association represents three states but has one singular mission: provide our members what they need so they can thrive as a title professional in Mississippi, Alabama or Georgia. Our unity and combined resources serve our members well when it comes to tackling the industry’s biggest issues together.

We are a cooperative, open forum for our members to learn from each other, so we can all succeed. That’s just how things are done in the South. This strong spirit allows SLTA to operate as one body since 1966, but we have never been afraid to evolve. We recognize change is always present in the modern real estate world, and we’re here to help our members navigate this changing business and control our own destiny.

SLTA is a legislative advocacy force, and we work hard to protect our members and their interests. Our association is also the region’s best resource when it comes to interpreting industry issues, showing how the newest technology can be used to improve your customers’ experience and providing continuing education opportunities for our members to remain on the cutting edge.
