Builders are reporting increased interest from prospective buyers as mortgage rates slowly decrease. Higher new home production could ease the affordability crisis, expand housing inventory and lower inflation. According to the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, which is based on builder perception of current single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months (including the traffic of prospective buyers), a three-point increase happened in December. Dropbox works with OpenAI to provide chatbot services, such as file summarization or answering questions; here is the cause for concern. Dropbox AI customer documents are stored on OpenAI’s servers for a maximum of 30 days, and the “third-party AI” toggle is enabled by default in account settings. Turn this toggle off if you prefer not to send your files to OpenAI. CEO Drew Houston says this data-sharing only occurs when users actively engage with the AI features. Learn more here.
